Processing takes 3-5 days ( this begins next business day after your order)

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved. processing begins. This takes approximately 1 – 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). In
the event that we receive incomplete customer shipping information (e.g. invalid address, no contact number), order processing may take more time and shipments
may be delayed.

Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that someone is available at specified
